Daniel J. Thill, CFP^®, is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer of The Rawls Company. A member of The Rawls Company since 1990, his responsibilities include that of senior succession plan designer and facilitator.

Dan specializes in asset management programs, investment analysis, investment planning and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. Prior to his work with The Rawls Group, Dan was an account executive with a major Wall Street brokerage firm. He earned an A.S. in Business from New York State University at Delhi and a B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University.
